These are my boys pulling their sleds to the escalator. It’s an easy hike and once you’re on the belt, you’ll want to relax and enjoy the view.

At the top of tubing hill, the hardest decision you’ll have to make is – Which lane to ride? You can also ride in clusters of two and four. (Local tip: the heavier the group, the faster and further you’ll ride).

Pictured below is my husband riding with our youngest.

While we were up there, we were enjoying the amazing views around us (Dillon Reservoir, Frisco, the Ten Mile Range and the Gore Range.) It also snowed off and on while we were there. Just beautiful!

We had six 1,200 feet lanes to choose from and a full-hour to ride as many times as we want. We were also tubing to 80’s music.

Here’s a short video of my boys tubing:

Afterwards, you can warm up in the Day Lodge by the fireplace and enjoy refreshments. It’s also a great meet-up point for the group with lots of seating area. The snack bar offers chili, nachos, hot chocolate, coffee, candy, chips, schnapps, and Colorado micro-brews.
