I have tried it several times and when I check out, I pay the normal price. What’s up with that?

Scanning those tags on the shelf for example often fails to add a coupon for the listed price or anything that resembles a coupon in the app. I also find some items I buy regularly and get offers for do not discount every time like they should. I do check to make sure there are no limitations on what variety is included or quantity. My local store is really good about fixing pricing errors, but one employee there gives me grief over it as if I am trying to cheat them. They have a lot of bugs left to work out of the program. Physical coupons are a lot more reliable and convenient than this.

Used it for the first couple weeks and then can not get back in to it! Keeps coming up with “error”. Today I tried several ways but can not get in.
