Family Movie Night: CHILL-OUT with Penguins of Madagascar

We love family movie nights (especially themed ones). This “Chill-out” Friday night theme celebrates the Blu-ray/DVD release of Penguins of Madagascar. It’s a fun movie about working together as a team. As a Fox Home Ent Insider, we received a home movie night kit which included an ice cream maker ball, cupcake rings, a Penguins ice cube tray, Penguins-themed paper products, and a handful of Penguins plushies that talk (love them!) LA ZOO: Family Jam with RIO 2!

On Saturday, July 12, 2014, the Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens hosted their first ever – Family Jam at the LA Zoo which was sponsored by RIO 2 from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. We attended as a Fox Home Ent Insider (a member of their influencer community). This themed event was a celebration of the film coming to Blu-ray/DVD. Smurfy Hollow Halloween Party PLUS Pumpkin Carving Templates

The other week Sony Pictures Animation along with Sony Pictures Home Entertainment celebrated THE SMURFS: THE LEGEND OF SMURFY HOLLOW on DVD and digital with a fun Halloween family day at Sony Pictures Animation. We were invited with our families to come dressed in Halloween costumes for a Smurfy Halloween party! Once we checked in, we decorated treat bags. We hung out with Smurfs like Papa Smurf and Smurfette – Our Favorites! We all then gathered into the theater to watch the movie. It was a real treat for my kids since they already love the movie.
