World of Color Show at Disney California Adventure @DCAtoday

For the first time, my family and I made it to see the World of Color Show at Disney California Adventure. For the best spots to stand, you’ll need to grab a free FASTPASS at Grizzly River Run, but because we didn’t arrive early enough to get one, we stood in front of the The Little Mermaid~Ariel’s Undersea Adventure. (We still had a good view for not having a FASTPASS and arriving 30 minutes before the show for this time of year , but was obstructed by a tree. Pumpkins, Pumpkins Everywhere @ Disneyland

Want to Feel Festive? Go to Disneyland. It’s October and who doesn’t love Halloween? A group of Moms and I took a morning off to play. Our destination was Disneyland. This is the second morning we got to do this. (Please also read my previous post, “Single Rider” Lines are the Way to Go @ Disney California Adventure.) Single Rider Lines Are the Way to Go @ Disney California Adventure!

I was with my girlfriend Jenn the other day at Disney California Adventure trying to get one last meet-up in before school starts, and we were saying how nice it would be to go back and ride all the “adult” rides without the kids. If you know me, you know that a big light bulb went off in my head to plan it. Moms need breaks too so we asked our other girlfriend, Kirstin (who also has an annual passport) to take a morning off for ourselves and have some fun.
