It was our pleasure to attend Opening Night of American Ballet Theatre’s World Premiere of their new production, The Sleeping Beauty, performed at Segerstrom Center. This was my first live ballet experience, and it was remarkable! The American Ballet Theatre (ABT) is returning to Orange County with the World Premiere of the classic ballet performance of The Sleeping Beauty March 3rd – March 8th at Segerstrom Center! (This will be ABT’s 23rd visit to the Center, the Company’s fourth production of the ballet, and Ratmansky’s eleventh work for ABT.)

Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater Rocked @SegerstromArts…Literally

We sent our Carolina to Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater‘s performance while they were at Segerstrom Center for the Arts and this is what happened… _______________________________________ Discover Ailey took place on March 26 at the Segerstrom Hall. This event was dedicated to new audiences so they could learn to appreciate the beautiful components of dance. They were able to watch the complete performance of “D-Man in the Waters” (Part 1) and the energetic “Revelations”.
