One of our favorite eateries in the area is Corner Bakery Cafe. My husband is a big sandwich guy, so he likes to order their Signature Sandwich Combos which comes with a half sandwich and side salad or cup of soup. Lately, I like to get the pastas so I can split it with my kids especially the Chicken Carbonara. I also like to meet friends there for breakfast and coffee. Corner Bakery Cafe introduces two new items this month including their Buttermilk Pancakes with Berries and Spicy Asian Pork Hot Sandwich! Last week, we were invited to sample the items before they hit their menu on July 1st and met with Chef Ric Scicchitano who is also their Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage AND their very first employee at the original cafe.
