Cosmeticare – When Is The Right Time To Start BOTOX?

I think most people know about BOTOX injections and what it is. It has been available for a long time, and when we think about aging, we think about BOTOX, but when is the right time to start? It will be different for everyone, and what I have learned recently from visiting Cosmeticare Medspa in Corona Del Mar is that you can start young or whenever you feel comfortable especially if you know crows feet, deep lines, or wrinkles runs in your family. It is a temporary procedure that slows down aging. When I was younger, I thought it was cool I could make facial expressions my friends couldn’t do. … READ MORE >>

New Body, New Wardrobe Needed After Tummy Tuck

The holidays are here, and I don’t know what to wear! If you have been following my Mommy Makeover Journey with Dr. Brian Reagan at CosmetiCare, it has been an eventful last few months. I had my procedure done in August, and the recovery within the last five months have gone extremely smoothly with no complications. I was already out and about after two weeks, and most people were surprised I was out so soon. I still feel mild sensitivity in my abdominal area and the scars could be lighter, but I’m feeling about 90-95%. My old clothes just doesn’t fit the same, because remember I used to get them … READ MORE >>

How Much Do Tummy Tucks Cost? Financing Options

I have been getting this a lot lately – How much does Cosmeticare charge for Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck), Liposuction, and what are their financing options? A Tummy Tuck can range from $9,000 to $13,000, and it will vary depending on each individual needs. Patients can add liposuction to their tummy tuck. Lipo typically start at $3,000 per area. For example, if you wanted lipo on your love handles, both the left and right combined would be considered one area. I had Lipoabdominoplasty which included a Tummy Tuck, Liposuction of the trunk, and micro-body contouring on my mid-back/bra roll. It also included a facility fee and anesthesia. I have broken it … READ MORE >>

My Lipoabdominoplasty Journey Part V – 6 Weeks Post Op Follow Up!

If you are following my mommy makeover journey with Cosmeticare, I want to give you a quick update. I’m back for my six weeks follow-up appointment after lipo-abdominoplasty, and today my surgeon, Dr. Brian Reagan, removed all restrictions! What a sense of relief! Now I can work out again. The first week seemed like the longest, the second week was much better, and the rest is a blur after I started driving again. Many have asked me if it was painful, and I tell them all – I wasn’t in pain, just uncomfortable. I was only on meds for about a week, and because I am afraid to feel pain, I stayed on top of it. Everyone as Cosmeticare has consistently been wonderful at every visit, and I was there quite often (about eight visits and counting). Even the office staff held the doors open for me coming off the elevator. It’s like they can tell I just had a procedure done, and they wanted to make sure I was comfortable as soon as possible. Sometimes I went straight off the elevator and through the back door so I’m not sitting in the waiting room with others.
