Disclosure: We attended as media.  Get your Papes! Disney’s Newsies is spreading the headlines in Orange County! I loved it! Disney released the movie Newsies in 1992 and since then I have been a huge fan. I was beyond excited and so grateful for the opportunity to cover this for my dear friend, Mary. It was emotional for me just to think about the performance. My mom, who passed away 9 years ago, would sing the songs with me as I got my rollerblades on to circle the block. I cannot tell you how excited I am to see one of my most favorite all time Disney musicals live on stage.
