Halloween is one of our most favorite time of year! It is a month long celebration for us. We love to visit pumpkin patches and themed attractions, coordinate costumes, attend parties, and last year we added painting pumpkins. I really can’t wait to do it all over again this year. Pumpkin Patches are the perfect backdrop to get some wonderful seasonal photos to share with family and friends. I love how the fall colors just pop in the background. We tell all new families to take their children to pumpkin patches for photos and take advantage of the natural lighting. They’re also a great place to find the perfect pumpkins. They are very popular and tend to get busy later in season so if you have small children, you might want to plan ahead like go early, avoid weekends if possible o go right when it opens, and pack a change of clothes because it’s still hot through the end of October. Our kids are growing up way too fast. Since having them, we try to cherish every moment. The seasonal events soon became tradition, and with every year that passes, we contemplate that our babies are no longer babies anymore. Pumpkin Patch Highlights at Irvine Park Railroad #IrvineParkRR

It is the perfect place to visit to take pictures of your children surrounded by pumpkins or with a different body as they stick their head in different picture stands (scarecrows, monsters, skeletons, etc).
