I’ve been hesitant to try Cauliflower Pizza Crust but after having it at California Pizza Kitchen (CPK), I would get it again! My family and I went in for a tasting and were all pleasantly surprised. CPK became the first national restaurant brand to offer Cauliflower Pizza Crust in January 2018.
