We were invited to a private “Paint with a Pachyderm” event by Ringling Bros. this morning at Honda Center in Anaheim, CA. It was a lifetime opportunity, so of course we said, “Yes!”
After we watched Mabel paint her masterpieces, our kids were able to create their own “elephant-inspired” artwork with their own easels, paint, canvases, and brushes. Ringling Bros. Clowns were also there to help. =)
Thanks, Ringling Bros., for a fun morning. We also learned that circus elephant, Mabel, is an endangered Asian elephant and will be turning eight soon. She is one of 26 born at the Elephant Conservation located in Florida. Also there this morning was 51 years old Baby (who is not a baby anymore). A portion of each ticket is contributed solely to support the conservation.
