Stephanie then drizzled caramel and condensed milk to this caramel apple “mardi gras” style sno with an ice cream center.

Sno-Biggie specializes in New Orleans style Sno-Balls. The shaved ice is softer than a traditional snow-cone. It’s like ice cream but without the milk. Over 30 flavor combinations to select from, you can design your own or add ice cream and call it a “Mardi Gras” party!
My husband is from New Orleans and after he enjoyed his sno, he told me it brought back fond memories from his childhood.
