For starters, the guacamole was so good.
We enjoyed cocktails like Amor Margarita (with house infused pineapple) and El Corazon (with blood orange, strawberry marmalade, and cranberry).
My husband gobbled up his Tour de Taco which includes pollo, carne asada, short rib, carnitas, and queso. He said he liked them all and didn’t want to share.
This Oaxacan Mole (house-made grandma’s recipe with 21 ingredients) is highly recommended and we agree. The chicken was so tender and flavorful.

Tommy graduated from Cerritos High School and then California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, CA. He’s also the Executive Chef and owner of the popular Redondo Beach restaurant, Ortega 120. Celebrity Chef Tommy Ortega appeared on the television series “Hell’s Kitchen”, hosted by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, in 2009.
