Rubio’s® Restaurants is going tropical with two new items on the menu – Tropical Shrimp Burrito and Tropical Shrimp Two Taco Plate. These new menu items are inspired by the flavors of the Yucatan region of Mexico.
Their Tropical Shrimp Burrito also comes with their tasty mango salsa and includes guacamole, Mexican rice, black beans, and romaine lettuce.
