Langostino Lobster is Back at Rubio’s | @RubiosTweets #Giveaway

Most recently we went to sample Rubio’s Langostino Lobster Menu. Back for a limited time, fan favorites like the Langostino Lobster Burrito and Surf and Turf Two Taco Plate returns with a buttery basil sauce. New this year is the Langostino Lobster Enchiladas. They’re all delicious and it’s all a matter of preference how you like your lobster.


Langostino Lobster Burrito

The Langostino Lobster Burrito includes warm basil butter, fresh guacamole, black beans, citrus rice flavored with lime juice and lemongrass, creamy chipotle sauce, and salsa fresca served in a warm flour tortilla. It’s so good!


Surf and Turf Two Taco Plate
If variety is what you crave, you might like Rubio’s Surf and Turf Two Taco Plate. It features the Langostino Lobster Taco (with basil butter) and Rubio’s Grilled Gourmet Steak Taco with a side of “no-fried” pinto beans and tortilla chips. I ordered mine with both Lobster Tacos. It’s so delicious!



Langostino Lobster Enchiladas.

New on the menu, is the Langostino Lobster Enchilada Plate. It comes with two enchiladas with three cheeses, and it’s topped with salsa verde, avocado slices, salsa fresca, and creamy chipotle sauce served with citrus rice and black beans.
