Patio and Garden Dining with Kids @SideDoorCDM, Corona Del Mar | #ToddlerTuesday

Spread the love

Last week we were invited to a fabulous dinner at SideDoor in Corona Del Mar for Toddler Tuesday. It is usually very stressful dining with small children, because we’re rushing through dinner and hoping we don’t disturb other diners. Wouldn’t it be nice to enjoy fine dining and not feel judged? Well, SideDoor (located next door to Five Crowns) wants us to eat out again, because on Tuesday evenings, they reserved the whole patio and garden area for families!

On the adult menu, I ordered their infamous Prime Rib Plate (of course) and from their wine menu. It was so good.

Oh and you’ll want to save room for dessert. We savored every bite of their delectable desserts: cheesecake, CC Brown’s Fudge Sundae, and warm Lemon Steam Cake. Our favorite was the cheesecake, but they’re all so good, you won’t be disappointed.

“SideDoor is a casual
English-style gastropub offering fine food and drink. It shares an
historic building with the fine dining restaurant, Five Crowns (est.
1965). Both are housed in an authentic replica of Ye Olde Bell,
England’s oldest inn. Owned by Lawry’s Restaurants, Inc., SideDoor
celebrated its grand opening in January 2010.”
