I have been looking for an easier way to include more greens in my daily diet. Last month, I received samples of Amazing Grass Green SuperFood from Moms Meet which came with a shaker. One packet offers a supplement of alkalizing greens which help balance ph levels and naturally aids digestion. All you do is mix 1 packet with 8 or more ounces of water, juice, or to another beverage and shake well.
At first I didn’t like it, because the powder didn’t dissolve all the way, but after using ice cubes during the shaking and waiting a few minutes, I started to like it and ordered more.
