Between rushing around seeing family and friends, and all the shopping, I find it hard to make a healthy meal for my family. At Denny’s, they offer healthy choices that won’t break the bank, giving us a quick and affordable way to keep us fueled and running.

If you love avocado like me, check out the Avocado Chicken Ceasar Salad! It is sliced completely fresh in-store and makes a great addition to any meal. Another great light option that is full of flavor is the Chicken-salad Sandwich. This sandwich is home-made, with fresh, roasted, seasoned chicken, mixed with celery, red grapes, toasted almonds and mayo. This is made in-house and is as delicious as any deli sandwich! For only $6, you can get a hamburger that has high-quality, 100% beef patties (at a 6 ½ ounce measurement). Or if you prefer, their Veggie Burgers are Amy’s® organic grain patties.

The only problem I can find with all of the fresh and healthy selections being offered at Denny’s is choosing which plate to order. Have you been to Denny’s lately?
