As a parent of four young children, I am familiar with the need for a good bedtime routine to get their child to go to sleep. Since the kids were 2, one of our favorite books to read at bedtime was GOODNIGHT MOON, a 1942 picture book written by Margaret Wise Brown and illustrated by Clement Hurd. The simple rhyming words and whimsical pictures made this book fun and easy to read and memorize.
Every seat in the intimate Samueli Theater, will give you an excellent view of the amazing life size puppets. The music was fresh and the stunning scenic effects with black lights kept my kids captivated during the hour-long staged production. At the end of the performance, the performers opened up a question and answer session with the audience. The delightful performance is a must see for anyone with young children.
