DINING: Tale of Two Risottos at BRIO Tuscan Grille #briotuscangrille

Spread the love

If you love risottos, BRIO Tuscan Grille at the Irvine Spectrum is featuring “A Tale of Two Risottos.” It’s a classic tale of old-world meets new, and they’re both available for lunch and dinner through March 27!

Cold Water Lobster Tail with Shrimp Risotto

This dish is served with broiled Maine lobster tail over risotto with shrimp, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, asparagus, basil and Parmesan. It is savory and delicious!

Both of the risottos are rich in flavor. My husband and I tried going back and forth between the two to taste them both, but they’re so distinct that we both ended up liking the one we started with. (Mine was the Lobster Risotto and his was the Scallops). They’re available for $19.95.

Appetizer Option

If you’re super hungry getting there and want to try an appetizer, I tried their Lobster Bisque. It was thick and creamy with bits of lobster. Perfect for those chilly days.

We had a great dining experience. The ambiance was warm and modern. Our family was quite comfortable in our booth. Their outdoor patio seems like a popular place to lounge with friends. The two risottos mentioned are also featured on their Valentine’s Day menu below. For more information, please visit their website at www.brioitalian.com.

Enjoy!
