The beloved “The Elf on the Shelf®: A Christmas Tradition” has been a great tool to teach children to be on their best behavior thanks to scout elves who manages the naughty and nice list. This year, there’s a new story to be told, “Elf Pets: A Reindeer Tradition,” needs children to help raise Elf Reindeer’s spirits to fly Santa’s sleigh on Christmas Eve!

To celebrate this new release, Chanda A. Bell, co-author of the bestselling holiday tradition The Elf on the Shelf®: A Christmas Tradition, will visit five city School Book Tour to share her newest story, Elf Pets: A Reindeer Tradition, with children, teachers and parents. (The tour is part of The Elf on the Shelf’s third Teacher Giveaway Program, providing 10,000 teachers with resources.) Bell will be in the Los Angeles area from Dec. 7 – 9, 2014 for an elementary school reading and a book signing at Barnes & Noble. (FYI – She’s going to be at Ralph E. Hawes Elementary in Huntington Beach on Tuesday, Dec. 9. Not open to the public).
