DINING: Pippin-Themed Menu at Leatherby’s Cafe Rouge | Patina Group Segerstrom Center #IsawPippin

Spread the love

PIPPIN The Musical is currently at Segerstrom Center for the Arts, and next door at Leatherby’s Cafe Rouge is a themed 3-Course dinner menu to compliment your theatrical experience!

First Course:
As the first course, you can choose between “Magic to Do” which is a beet salad with balsamic caviar, goat cheese gelée, pistachio powder, olive oil sorbet, orange sphere, and beet air, OR Cinnamon Spiced Butternut Squash Soup with milk froth and butternut squash chips.
Main Course:
“Kind of Woman” is Irish Salmon, Parmesan risotto, with roasted veggies, lemon vinaigrette and freshly shaved truffles; OR you can choose “Prayer for a Duck” which is Muscovy duck breast, polenta cake, poached quince, pomegranate seeds, Brussels sprout petals, and truffle vinaigrette with freshly shaved truffles.
Dessert:

How about this for dessert? “Simple Joys” is “Catherine Royale” with cinnamon swirl vanilla cake and pumpkin ice cream, OR choose “The Finale” which is house made sorbet with exotic flavors (papaya and kiwi) and fresh berries.

This limited menu is available while PIPPIN The Musical is performing at Segerstrom Center for the Arts! ($45 per person 3 course menu or $64 with wine pairing.) Treat yourself before the show or for a special night out. Everything was delicious!
