The Langostino Lobster at Rubio’s is back for a limited time!
Rubios® Restaurants, made famous for popularizing the fish taco, is celebrating the return of its fan favorite, Langostino Lobster Taco and Burrito, for a limited time only. Rubio’s is giving the seasonal classic an update with citrus rice.
Created and developed by Ralph Rubio and the Rubio’s culinary team, the citrus rice features white rice mixed with lime juice and lemongrass. Designed to complement Langostino Lobster’s flavors, the items represent Rubio’s lighter, fresher approach to seafood.
Also on the menu, the Langostino Lobster Burrito features Langostino Lobster drizzled with warm basil butter, citrus rice, and fresh guacamole. Wrapped in a warm flour tortilla, the burrito includes black beans, chipotle white sauce, salsa fresca, and is topped off with crisp lettuce.
If you need more variety, you can try Rubio’s new Surf & Turf taco plate featuring one Langostino Lobster Taco and one Grilled Gourmet Steak Taco, served with a side of no-fried pinto beans and chips.
