LEGOLAND CALIFORNIA was the perfect setting to celebrate “The LEGO NINJAGO Movie”, the latest in the Warner Bros. Pictures LEGO franchise, and it’s also the place to be to celebrate all things NINJAGO! The movie stars Dave Franco, Justin Theroux, Fred Armisen, Abbi Jacobson, Olivia Munn, Kumail Nanjiani, Michael Peña, Zach Woods, and the legendary Jackie Chan. At the park, we visited NINJAGO WORLD, rode NINJAGO The Ride, listened to a presentation with the master builders of the film, stayed in one of the NINJAGO themed rooms at the hotel, watched a preview of the movie and loved it! It’s a LEGO NINJAGO fan’s dream vacation! The movie is about Young Master Builder Lloyd suffering a terrible fate because everyone knows his dad is the evil town villain, Garmadon, so they despise him. It’s difficult to go to high school every day, but little do they know his biggest secret – he’s the Green Ninja! All the ninjas are just cool. The movie was funny, the storyline was well-written, and now my kids want to own it so they can watch it over and over again! The movie hits theaters nationwide on September 22, 2017!

Guide for NINJAGO WORLD at LEGOLAND California
At NINJAGO World at LEGOLAND California Resort, guests can train like a ninja before they take on villains in the interactive 4D ride. There are four main ninja training areas to test balance, agility, speed, and creativity including Kai, Jay, Cole, and Zane representing each of their elements: fire, lightning, earth and ice. NINJAGO The Ride uses cutting-edge hand gesture technology, manufactured by Triotech, which also includes heat, smoke and wind special effects. Throw fire balls, shock waves, ice and lightning at the bad guys. The ride seats four. Find cool themed merchandise at Wu’s Warehouse and if you’re hungry, Ninja Kitchen offers Banh Mi sandwiches and Bao Buns with crispy pork belly. NINJAGO World is included in admission to LEGOLAND California Resort. For more information, please visit their website at www.LEGOLAND.com or call (760) 918-LEGO (5346).
NINJAGO ROOMS at LEGOLAND HOTEL!
Guests can choose from 18 rooms and two suites to spend a night with Kai, Jay, Cole, Zane, Lloyd, Nya and Master Wu. Each room is filled with 11 LEGO® NINJAGO inspired models. Kids will recognize Zane’s titanium falcon, Nya’s helmet, ninja throwing stars and a massive dragon egg all made out of LEGO bricks. Every children’s sleeping area is themed as a dragon’s cave where ninja dragons are waiting for battle and includes bunk and trundle beds. Plus, kids have their own TV, games, LEGO bricks and a treasure chest hidden in what’s designed to be a bamboo passageway to the mountain temple! Parents will also sleep in ninja style as the king-size bed’s headrest includes a shrine that holds all four elemental weapons. The LEGOLAND Hotel now offers guests five room options when booking their stay. Guests can choose from a Pirate, Adventure, Kingdom, LEGO® Friends or LEGO NINJAGO theme.
