Last weekend, Ventana Walk in Santa Ana hosted a “Tacos & Fun” event where you could stop in to check out their open model homes then grab lunch right in their backyard. They were showing two floor plans – Plan 2 and Plan 3 which were beautifully decorated. I wanted to move right in! The Olson Company has been around since 1988. I like that it was self-guided so I can go room-to-room without the pressure of a salesperson, however, the representatives available were super friendly and helpful. They’re down to their last few units, and they are selling fast! What I thought was also cool was that the neighbors came out to have lunch with us too so it was a great chance to meet the residents who already moved in. It was like a mini-block party!
