Facial Bar Services at FacialWorks + Giveaway!

As a Mom, it is hard to think of myself when there is so much that needs to be done, but I do believe making time for myself to recharge is important. I am looking forward to summer break when I don’t have to wake up at 6:30 am to nag my kids to get ready for school, no more homework tears, and let’s not mention occasional road rage during school drop-off and pick-up lines. I do get a lot done in the morning when I am by myself – running errands and sometimes I get to meet friends for coffee or a hike. What a treat! (We are going to have fun this summer too. I am currently working on a bucket list to do with the children this summer.) But first, let me tell you about one of the mornings when the children were in school. I met with blogger friends to try Facialworks Facial Bar in Newport Beach. I have tried them once before at another event and really enjoyed it.

Upon entering, I noticed the facial bar which is out in the open, but they also have private rooms. The chairs are comfortable, and they recline with foot rests at the bar. I would like to have my feet elevated more, but for a 40-minute facial, it was totally fine. This might make a great event for bridal showers, birthdays, baby showers, or a girls day out.

To figure out what facial is right for you, they will ask you a series of questions to narrow down a treatment and then they can grab all the right products to address your concerns. The one I got to try was their Brightworks because I mentioned that I felt that my skin looked dull. We all look relaxed. We all came out looking refreshed, and my favorite part was the oxygen. It is fun to do together with friends.

Facial Bar Services

The prices are reasonable – (1) for $50, (3) for $135, and (6) for $260. Private treatment room services also available for an additional fee. They also have monthly memberships and add-ons like extra oxygen and LED light therapy. Here is a list of services they offer at the facial bar:

  • HYDRAWORKS: This facial is like a drink of water for your skin. You will get two passes of oxygen instead of one.
  • AGEWORKS: Fight aging with this facial.
  • BRIGHTWORKS: This facial helps undo brown spots and sun damage.
  • CLEARWORKS: A facial for breakouts.
  • ORGANICWORKS: Facial with natural, organic and wildcrafted products.

Now that I am in my forties, I notice how dull and dry my skin looks. There are ways to help looking youthful. I need to take better care of it by wearing hats, applying moisturizer and sunscreen. I know that once my skin is damaged, it will be harder to reverse. I am looking forward to Facialworks opening a location in South OC later this year. The mini-facials are reasonably priced if you want to go often. The staff was friendly, and the facility was clean and inviting. For more information, please visit their website.
