Silva’s Fresh Eatery + Churrascaria in Santa Ana

Written in collaboration with Silva’s. All opinions are my own.

If you like Brazilian BBQ but not the price, you will want to check out Silva’s Fresh Eatery & Churrascaria in Santa Ana (they’re down the street from South Coast Plaza). They also have kid-friendly options. What makes them different from the others is not only the cost, but the gourmet sides. They offer salads, whole grains, veggies, additional protein options, and desserts. Because it is AYCE, you can try them all. Instead of getting the protein tableside, you get them over the counter. Be sure to specify how you like your meat before they start carving (I prefer my beef medium well). If you don’t want the AYCE option, you can order the plate option for a little bit cheaper. There is also a fish only option. Watch the video below for a walk through tour of the buffet. Overall, we had a great experience at Silva’s. The prices were reasonable, the food was tasty, and there were a lot of options for us to try.
