Show Review: Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Presents Circus XTREME!

Disclosure: We attended as media.

Last night we attended the opening performance ofRingling Bros. Presents Circus XREME at Honda Center in Anaheim. In their 145th edition, Ringmaster David Shipman guided over
100 performers from 13 countries around the world. It was just incredible! New this year are
Xtreme Sports, Caravan of Camels, Bungee Skydivers, World’s Youngest
Human Cannonball,
and Mongolian Marvels.

Mongolian Marvels are really strong and incredible. They are extremely flexible and show amazing strength. The Danguir Troupe had us on the edge of our seats as they
did the most daring stunts on high rope. They jump roped, made splits, climbed
and jumped over each other – It was crazy! Five, four, three, two, one… BOOM! Watch Gemma Kirby, the youngest female cannonball, shoot out of a cannon! You’ll also see Daredevil Benny on the Wheel of Steel making the audience all nervous.

They have the most amazing performances of Asian
Elephants, Bengal Tigers, and Carvan of Bactrian Camels, as well as a comedic performance of
poodles with Alex and Irina. This year we hear more from the elephant trainers during the performances, and we see more of the circus clowns during transition. Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Presents Circus XTREME is truly “The Greatest Show On Earth®”!
