STACKED: Food Well Built in Huntington Beach. They have this nice open patio area – it makes you feel like you’re both inside and outside. I can imagine it being really nice in the evening with friends enjoying a summer cocktails.
At STACKED, the menu is fully customizable. You’re ordering from a touchscreen iPad on your table, it lists all the ingredients and you can either substitute an ingredient, move it to the side or remove it completely before sending it to the kitchen. You know how sometimes your entree will come out too early? I like that you can send the order at your own pace. Maybe you need a few minutes in between your appetizer and entree or entree and dessert. As you’re removing your items, you’ll notice the price will adjust too.
Need something to share? At STACKED, you can order a fries combo and select from a variety of dipping sauces. (I counted about 15.) Pictured above is their Parmesan Fries and their Gluten Free Homemade Potato Chips. Lately, I like to add a fresh salad or fruit along side with my entree. One of the featured item in July is their Red, White, and Blue Salad. It has a nice blend of fresh berries and greens (blueberries, strawberries, spinach, feta cheese, and candied pecans). I liked it!
