Have you heard of “Booing Your Neighbor”? It is a random act of kindness done anonymously to spread Halloween cheer. The tradition of “Booing your Neighbor” has been around for several years now and it has really grown in popularity as a fun, safe, family-oriented activity. It’s also known as Ghosting, Boo-gramming, or Boo-It-Forward. It has been a hit with families, but I don’t see why not in the office too?
You can start your own BOO-IT-FORWARD tradition. It is really easy to do. Just put together a fun Halloween Basket of treats, gift it to a neighbor, friend, or relative and be sure to deliver it in secret and include the card and instructions how to keep it going. The recipient will have 48 hours to BOO the next person which creates a chain throughout the neighborhood or office. Ours came with the new Ghostbusters: Answer the Call Extended Edition movie (now available on Blu-ray/DVD) with You’ve been BOO’d and Who You Gonna Boo? cards with instructions. I think they are perfect!
