What a treat to have our island princess, Moana, be part of the show this year! Our daughter Lola (now 4 years old) looks forward to Disney On Ice every year. It has become an annual tradition with our little one. The whimsical cakes prancing around from Belle’s performance got us all in the holiday mood! The aerial performance with Rapunzel was quite beautiful! The fabric mimicked her hair as her and Flynn Ryder gracefully flew on it. Moana of course, was the highlight of the night. All the little girls got up and sang, “How Far I’ll Go”. What an inspiration! It was yet another beautiful production. If you go, don’t forget your blankies, because it gets chilly in there! Cozy up with a blanket and get your Littles a collectible snowball drink! We are already looking forward to next year’s show – Our tradition with our little one. Happy Holidays!
Disney On Ice presents “Dare To Dream”
Disney On Ice presents “Dare To Dream” brings us five courageous Disney Princesses to perform this holiday season from December 13th – January 6th! Hosts Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse takes audiences on an expedition across raging seas and snow-covered mountains in this action-packed extravaganza with the beloved characters from Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast”, “Frozen”, “Tangled” and “Cinderella” PLUS for the first time in a live production, it features Disney’s “Moana”!
STORYLINES:
- In her Disney On Ice debut, Moana will go in a high-seas adventure with demigod Maui, to save her island and discover her true identity.
- Join Belle as she fearlessly befriends the enchanted castle staff and reveals the Beast’s gentleness.
- Just keep swimming with Dory, Nemo, Marlin and new pal Hank from Disney•Pixar’s “Finding Dory” as they embark on a life-changing excursion to find her parents and discover the true meaning of family,
- Cheer with Joy, Sadness, and the rest of the Emotions from Disney•Pixar’s “Inside Out” as they help Riley find the confidence to win the big hockey game,
- Venture to wintery world of Arendelle where Olaf and Kristoff help reunite royal sisters Anna and Elsa from Disney’s “Frozen” and learn love is the most powerful magic of all,
- See Cinderella, Rapunzel, Tiana and the Disney Princesses make their dreams come true through their virtues of bravery, kindness and perseverance, AND
- Celebrate true friendship with Buzz Lightyear, Woody and the Toy Story gang.
Iconic sing-along songs such as “How Far I’ll Go,” “Be Our Guest” and “Let It Go” are paired with powerful skating choreography to instill confidence and embolden audiences to never stop dreaming. No goal is too big when we find the strength to shape our own destiny at Disney On Ice presents Dare To Dream! Plus fans are encouraged to arrive early to celebrate family and tradition with a special sing-along with Miguel from Disney•Pixar’s Coco in a live fiesta Disney On Ice style prior to the show!
