Little Green Pouch Reusable Food Pouch

If you want the on-the-go convenience of disposable food pouches without the waste and expense, check out this review of the Little Green Pouch! I sent a sample pack to my sister Kim who has a toddler and this is what she reported…

My little one year old loves the food pouches filled with fruits and meals for stages 1 and 2. The pouches are most convenient when traveling. No need to pack a spoon or a bowl to feed the little tyke, because they just gobble it up straight from the pouch – how easy is that?! Depending on bulk or sale opportunities, each organic pouch runs about $1.50 or more. In one sitting, my little one can eat up to two bags. You can create a lot of waste this way because neither the pouches nor the lids are reusable. It’s hard to give up the price of convenience and no mess which is why the Little Green Pouch(es) is a great solution of no waste, no mess, and less expensive.

The Little Green Pouch is bigger than the ones sold at the store making it possible to add larger quantity for a growing toddler. The seal is a bit tricky to fill at first using one hand to hold and one hand to fill. Eventually, I got the hang of it.   You might like that:

  • It’s refillable.
  • It’s reusable.
  • It’s dishwasher safe.
  • It’s freezable.
  • It’s squeezable.
  • You can attach the spoons to it. (See picture)
