April is National Autism-Awareness Month. I will be sharing resources throughout next month (primarily on my facebook page) that were helpful to us when we started out on our journey. Disney Second Screen Live: Break All the Rules

Looking for something uniquely fun for Halloween? A few weeks ago, we attended a special media preview of Second Screen Live: The Nightmare Before Christmas (available now in select theaters). You may have recalled that we attended another one of these – Disney’s Second Screen Live: Little Mermaid. My MNO: Shopping, Happy Hour, and a Movie!

This month’s Mom’s Night Out for me was a shopping day, happy hour, and a movie with my girlfriends. The Outlets at Orange (formally The Block of Orange) because they had 3 major department stores: Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Last Call Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom Rack. WON’T BACK DOWN is Heartfelt and Inspiring!

I was invited to a pre-screening this week for the new upcoming movie of Won’t Back Down and was asked to write a review. This movie was inspired by actual events and the works of dedicated parents, teachers and advocates across the country. It is about two moms (one was a teacher) who had nothing in common other than they did not want their children to get lost in the system.
