Blackmarket Bakery’s new Santa Ana location opens this Saturday, January 9th! Blackmarket Bakery‘s baking fundamentals are butter, flour, sugar and eggs (all “blackmarket” goods during WWII). Chef Rachel Klemek focuses on delivering a culinary experience using natural ingredients, complex textures, and global flavors. After three years of success from their Costa Mesa location, they are now expanding to Artists Village in Downtown Santa Ana in the Santora building on Broadway.
