Last year, the owners of Holman Ranch were in the process of buying Will’s Fargo Restaurant so we were excited to go back to visit. When you’re in Central Coast California, you’re also in Wine Country. Jarman. Aged in French oak barrels, it’s 100% estate grown, organic, and contains certified sustainable grapes with a wine tasting lounge right at Will’s Fargo.
