Disclaimer – For this product review, I partnered up with Moms Meet. All opinions are my own. I have been wondering what is so great about the Vitamix. Everyone that uses one, swears by it and loves it. I finally got to test one out recently with the new Aer Disc Container. It emulsify, whips, muddle, and creates foam/frothy drinks. I wanted to make something simple like whipped cream for hot chocolate and followed the directions on the recipe card. Within minutes later I was like, WOW! It was easy to do with only two ingredients (sugar and heavy cream) and two step instructions. Now I can make homemade whipped … READ MORE

Disney On Ice Dare To Dream Show Review

Show review written by blog contributor, Leyna Tran. All opinions are own. What a treat to have our island princess, Moana, be part of the show this year! Our daughter Lola (now 4 years old) looks forward to Disney On Ice every year. It has become an annual tradition with our little one. The whimsical cakes prancing around from Belle’s performance got us all in the holiday mood! The aerial performance with Rapunzel was quite beautiful! The fabric mimicked her hair as her and Flynn Ryder gracefully flew on it. Moana of course, was the highlight of the night. All the little girls got up and sang, “How Far I’ll … READ MORE

Shinesty sent my family a set in the Navy Nordic print. Although we requested sizes that we think would fit us the best, it might need some alterations. I thought the price point was reasonable. My husband was like, “Wow, these are ugly.” LOL I got him to at least try them on for this photoshoot. I thought they were weird but … READ MORE

American Ballet Theatre THE NUTCRACKER

Back for the holidays, American Ballet Theatre’s “The Nutcracker” is now performing at Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Orange County (December 14th through December 23rd)! We took the children to see it Opening Night and loved it! The story is about a little girl and her cherished nutcracker around Christmas time. The villains are mice who causes havoc to the toys and the children are afraid of them. In ballet there are no voices nor talking. To understand the story and to understand what is happening in the scene, you have to watch their facial expression, body language and listen to the tone of the music. The props play … READ MORE
