The family owned and operated, Stefano’s Restaurant, has a second location in Laguna Hills! Known for their Golden Baked Hams, Stefano’s menu offers paninis, signature salads, wraps, specialty sandwiches, hot sandwiches, and more! Everything that we tried was delicious. My husband is a huge sandwich guy and he was super impressed. Currently only available at the Laguna Hills location is a breakfast menu. Their Sourdough Waffles with Crown Maple Syrup and Kerry Gold Butter were light, airy, and super yummy.
The three panini’s we tried were so good. Like it spicy? Their Bur-Gini includes ground Kobe beef. They serve it with roasted garlic and jalapeno cream cheese, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and onions. Notice I highlighted the jalapeno cream cheese? It’s so good! Their Romeo panini contains roasted natural dry aged tri-tip, caramelized onions, provolone cream cheese & onion-garlic aioli. The meat is tender! Their Golden Baked Ham & Swiss panini comes with Golden Baked Ham, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and honey mustard. It is their bestseller! It has a sweet taste to it and the flavors are well balanced.
