Warner Bros Studio Tour Hollywood

Do you love watching movies and learning about film production? WARNER BROS STUDIO TOUR HOLLYWOOD in Burbank, California is a great way to go behind-the-scenes to do just that and see live sets currently in production for TV plus more! Some of my blogger friends and I were invited to go on the tour last week, and we went to also check out the seasonal HORROR MADE HERE exhibit currently in Stage 48. Online reservations are highly recommended. Tours depart every 30 minutes. We had to reschedule a few times because the tour times we wanted were sold out. Because there are lots to see, plan to spend a good morning or a full day here. We were first divided up into groups before we watched a short introductory film, then we all jumped on a tram.

Pictured below are Spotted Lagoon Jellies, Pacific Sea Nettles, Moon Jellies, and the Redeye Medusa. They also have a designated area where you can touch Jellies which makes a great learning experience. WHAT IS A SEA JELLY? At the Aquarium, jellyfish are referred to as sea jellies because technically they are not fish. Jellies and comb jellies have been … READ MORE >>

LEGO Friends Heartlake City at LEGOLAND California

Most recently we attended a media preview of the new LEGO Friends Heartlake City. Based on the LEGO toy line, LEGO Friends Mia, Emma, Stephanie, Andrea and Olivia bring their world to life at LEGOLAND California Resort in Carlsbad, California! There’s a new stage, carousel, building station, fountain, new restaurants and more! Mia’s Riding Camp is LEGOLAND® California’s first carousel! Designed to accommodate 1,000 people per hour, it consists of 60 horses and two Jeeps and set for three speeds to recreate the feeling of learning how to gallop on a horse. Heartlake Stables is a new shaded LEGO building trough! Heartlake Fountain is a large fountain in the shape of a heart located in the center of Heartlake City. It’s a fun spot to cool off and splash around. Friends Forever Stage is home to the new “LEGO® Friends to The Rescue” show! With 5-6 performances per day (depending on park hours), the stage rotates to provide different backdrops for different live shows. TIP: Stop by the Meet and Greet in between the shows to meet the LEGO friends!

Knott’s Berry Farm Voyage to the Iron Reef (Fun Facts)

Knott’s Berry Farm celebrates the new 4D interactive ride – Voyage to the Iron Reef with a grand opening ceremony. Gamers, you will love it! The ride is located on the second floor of Buffalo Nickel Arcade next to Charles M Schulz Theatre and Johnny Rockets. The ride requires 3-D glasses and boards four passengers per submarine.
