Disclosure: We received media tickets for reviewing purposes. This week, we went to opening night of CHICAGO at Segerstrom Center for the Arts! It was the perfect setting for a Girl’s Night Out or a Date Night. As soon as the curtains opened and All that Jazz started playing, I knew my girlfriend and I were going to have a blast! CHICAGO was my first Broadway musical experience in New York City, and it had me hooked! This winner of six 1997 Tony® Awards (including best musical revival) is the longest running American musical in Broadway history, and it’s coming back to Segerstrom Center for the Arts January 28 through February 2, 2014!
