Gaufree Artisan Waffle Sandwiches

I was invited to a tasting event at Gaufree (pronounced Go Free) in Irvine. Being an Irvine resident, I was excited to try a new place out for lunch, especially one that served local, farm fresh, and organic produce. I ordered the organic buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, homemade pure cane sugar natural lemonade, and for dessert – the Brussels Street waffle with chocolate sauce and raspberry Coulis.
