We recently visited the Endeavour Space Shuttle at the California Science Center. It was amazing. Did you know that admissions to the California Science Center is Free?? I didn’t, but now you do. All you do is pay for parking, and if you want to see an IMAX movie, a special traveling exhibit, or ride an attraction, that’s extra. Last week we were invited to a “Tundra Endeavour” event to check out the unveiling of the NEW Giant Lever Exhibit which features the actual Tundra that towed Space Shuttle Endeavour through the streets of Los Angeles. We also got to meet and take pictures with Former NASA Astronaut Garrett Reisman (who flew aboard the Endeavour and rode in the Tundra at the time of the Endeavour Tow). A Dining Experience at Roy’s #SanDiego @RoysRoy

At this point, we’re still in San Diego rushing to make it to our dinner at Roy’s Restaurant. It’s a waterfront dining experience, but since we got there too late, it was already too dark to really enjoy it. Bummer. The nice thing about entertaining out-of-town guests is sometimes they get you try new things you wouldn’t normally even think to try.
