RECAP: Going Behind the Scenes at DOLE’s @RoseParade Float @DolesFoods Family Day #DOLERose

A few weekends ago, we got a sneak peak of DOLE’s Rose Parade Float on DOLE’s Family Day. Did you know they won the last three years in a row?? Pretty amazing right? They are going at it again to try for their fourth win and keep their crown. Do you think they can do it? My son wanted a Minion and my niece ran around with a Hello Kitty. Sure, why not. A Dining Experience at Roy’s #SanDiego @RoysRoy

At this point, we’re still in San Diego rushing to make it to our dinner at Roy’s Restaurant. It’s a waterfront dining experience, but since we got there too late, it was already too dark to really enjoy it. Bummer. The nice thing about entertaining out-of-town guests is sometimes they get you try new things you wouldn’t normally even think to try. Watch for the DOLE Rose Bowl Parade Float – Will They Win Again?

We were invited to attend a DOLE Family Fun Day Event for DOLE employees to preview their New Years Day Rose Bowl Parade Float. One family was randomly drawn at the event to ride on the float on New Years Day.
