We were in Ojai, California celebrating our birthdays this year. My husband is celebrating his 40th birthday, and we had family visiting from out-of-state. They were also on Spring Break. The month of April is a big birthday month for our family. There were a total of five celebrating birthdays including mine so we wanted to make it special for everyone with a birthday trip. Ojai is about a two hour drive from Orange County. We were pleasantly surprised and blown away by all the amenities and “Ojai Hospitality” at Ojai Valley Inn and Spa. Belmont Park Adventure in Mission Bay

When we were staying at the Bahia Hotel in Mission Bay, Belmont Park was seen across the way. Sure we could walk over, but have you seen my sister-in-law’s itinerary?? Golf Carts are one of the main ways of getting around Avalon, California on Catalina Island. They are also a great way to explore scenic Avalon in a short amount of time. You can rent a golf cart at several locations for an hourly rate. (We only needed it for about 2 hours.)
