A Dining Experience at Roy’s #SanDiego @RoysRoy

At this point, we’re still in San Diego rushing to make it to our dinner at Roy’s Restaurant. It’s a waterfront dining experience, but since we got there too late, it was already too dark to really enjoy it. Bummer. The nice thing about entertaining out-of-town guests is sometimes they get you try new things you wouldn’t normally even think to try. My sister-in-law loved her dining experience at The Original Roy’s in Hawaii and so we all tagged along for dinner while she rekindled her cravings for a famous Roy’s Melting Hot Chocolate Soufflé. World of Color Show at Disney California Adventure @DCAtoday

For the first time, my family and I made it to see the World of Color Show at Disney California Adventure. For the best spots to stand, you’ll need to grab a free FASTPASS at Grizzly River Run, but because we didn’t arrive early enough to get one, we stood in front of the The Little Mermaid~Ariel’s Undersea Adventure. (We still had a good view for not having a FASTPASS and arriving 30 minutes before the show for this time of year , but was obstructed by a tree. We were walking around Downtown Disney® District last night and a lightbulb went off in my head. Have you been to The LEGO® Store there? I kept thinking what a great place to visit for a play date.
