Mason Regional Park – Babychella Family Art & Music Festival March 12

The County of Orange and OC Parks are pleased to welcome the inaugural Babychella Family Art & Music Festival at Mason Regional Park in Irvine on Sunday, March 12 from 12 – 4 p.m. This free, family-friendly event invites parents and children to enjoy entertainment and activities in the park’s picturesque springtime setting. Babychella Family Art & Music Festival will offer a variety of engaging activities for children including story time, face painting, and an interactive bubble village. Find a spot on the grass near the main stage and enjoy beloved songs and fun-filled sing-alongs fit for the whole family.

  • Celebrate Groundhog’s Day | February 2: Today at Pretend City, celebrate with Punxsutawney Phil and learn about Groundhog’s Day! We will find out if we will have a long winter or an early spring and why we celebrate this holiday dating back to 1887!
  • Boy Scout’s Week | February 6 – February 10: It’s Boy Scout’s Week! Come explore at Pretend City as we host field trips teaching scout law and celebrate boy scouts all throughout the week. This week is one your scout will KNOT want to miss, scout’s honor!

Pretend City Children’s Museum New Trader Joe’s Exbihit

Pretend City Children’s Museum in Irvine, California change out their exhibits from time to time, but this year, they renovated one of their most popular exhibits – their grocery store! Both children and adults have been anticipating for this kid-friendly TRADER JOE’S to open so they can Work, Work, Work, because at Pretend City, the children run the show! ODYSSEO by Cavalia Flash Ticket Giveaway! #odysseoOC

Odysseo by Cavalia is back in Orange County for the holidays! We attended a media preview for opening weekend. What a super spectacular show! Both my parents and toddler loved it! It was a beautiful performance of human and horse, and it is one of the best performances I have ever seen. I loved how the horses were gracefully composed throughout the show, and my toddler loved seeing the princess balance on the two horses. The tribal performers were really fun to watch too. New Menu Items to Try at BRIO Tuscan Grille #BrioItalian

BRIO Tuscan Grille added new menu items that will make you go “Mmmmmm….” and leave with bellies full. We went in for a tasting and have highlighted a few. For starters, they added a Burrata & Ciabatta (pictured) which is served with creamy fresh mozzarella, roasted tomato, EVOO and grilled ciabatta. It is delicious! You will want to eat the whole thing by yourself, but get it to share it, because there are more yummy dishes to try. It is available on both their lunch and dinner menu.
