How can we say, No? For Starters, my friend and I ordered this Old Fashioned Onion “Hill” (not Mountain). When it came out we thought they made a mistake, because we asked for the small version and got this NOT so small “Hill”. My Swiss Turkey Focaccia came with roasted turkey breast, avocado, Swiss cheese, and pesto.
